Dr. Timothy Hougland

Dr. Hougland grew up an hour southeast of St. Louis and graduated with a B.S. in biology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He then attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry where he obtained his OD degree in 2011. Upon graduation, he joined Central Missouri Eyecare Associates and has been serving the Jefferson City area ever since. In 2019, Dr. Hougland was named the Missouri Optometric Association’s Young Optometrist of the Year. He enjoys hiking and camping with his wife Nikki, running outdoors, and hanging out with his cats Nova, Nebula, and Kepler.
